The programme ends its second day with a desert safari and gala dinner under the stars. Itinerary
- Arrival at Dubai International Airport (DXB), greeted by our representative
- Private coach transfer to the hotel and check-in
- Welcome refreshments and trip briefing by the tour manager
- Afternoon: Guided Dubai city tour, including Jumeirah Beach, a photo stop at Burj Al Arab, Dubai Frame or Palm Jumeirah viewpoint, and the Old Dubai area with the gold and spice souks
- Evening: Dhow cruise dinner along Dubai Marina or Dubai Creek, with live music and city views
- Overnight in Dubai
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Morning: Meeting, conference or workshop at the hotel or a pre-arranged venue, with seating, AV support and refreshments
- Networking lunch
- Afternoon: Choose one experience:
- Visit to Burj Khalifa (At the Top observation deck) and Dubai Mall, or
- Team-building activity such as a city challenge, a cooking session or a group sports event, or
- Free time for shopping at Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates or the souks
- Evening: Desert safari with dune bashing, camel ride and sunset photo stop, followed by a gala dinner at a desert camp with live entertainment, awards or recognition ceremony
- Overnight in Dubai
- Breakfast at the hotel and check-out
- Morning visit to a shopping stop, or Jumeirah Mosque (open to visitors, with a guided tour), depending on flight timings
- Group photo session at a landmark
- Lunch, then private coach transfer to the airport
